ÚJPEST MUNICIPAL BUILDINGS
Commissioned by the Budapest IV. District Council, Thermowatt will implement its technology for cooling and heating its Registration and Mayor's Office and the currently under construction New Market building using wastewater heat recovery centers. For the 1.7 MW system, heat source will be provided via wastewater from the main sewers located in a 2.6 square meter area under the St. Stephen square.
The thermal energy supply will be through two thermal centers: one under a parking lot in a 280 square meter reinforced concrete structure, the other will be placed in the basement of the New Market.
Construction began in March 2016.
